About Mark Bolding

My name is Mark Bolding and I have proudly served buyers and sellers of Residential and Commercial Real Estate in the Irmo, Ballentine and Chapin markets of South Carolina for over a decade. These Lake Murray Communities are a great place to call home, provide an excellent education for your children, and a superb place to start or relocate your business for exciting future growth. My experience with personally owning, managing and developing both residential and commercial real estate for income, led me to begin my career as a Professional Licensed Real Estate Agent over 15 years ago. Years of personal experience in various areas of the Real Estate Industry allows me to use all I have learned for the benefit of you My Client. A little bit about Mark Bolding: Born in Knoxville Tennessee and raised as a Ministers son in Florida, I completed my Bachelors degree at Eastern Kentucky University in Business Administration and embarked on a long and successful career in Hotel Operations throughout many cities in the Southern part of the United States. My wife Julia and I have chosen the Lake Murray area to be home for thirty years now. We are active in the Chapin Community and in our wonderful church.
